Julita: Kota Kinabalu can be Sabah's flagship age-friendly city
Sabah's Women, Health and People's Wellbeing Minister Datuk Julita Majungki said Kota Kinabalu is poised to become the state's flagship age-friendly city. She stressed that an ageing population needs action across all sectors, not just healthcare, and urged early preparation before Malaysia is classified as an ageing nation. The message was delivered by Assistant Minister Datuk Rina Jainal at the 11th Malaysian Conference on Healthy Ageing last Friday.
