Petronas Gas seeks High Court approval for three-way business split
Petronas Gas Bhd has applied to the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur to approve an internal reorganisation that moves its gas processing, gas transportation and utilities businesses into three separate subsidiaries. The court papers were filed on Sept 15, 2026, after shareholders backed the scheme at a court-convened meeting on Feb 12. The company said further announcements will follow.
