UUE Holdings forms JV with Singapore's EGPII for power grid works
UUE Holdings Bhd is entering the extra-high-voltage and high-voltage substation engineering market through a joint venture with Singapore-based EGP Infrastructure Investments. Its wholly owned unit Kum Fatt Engineering will hold 40% of the new Malaysian company, with EGPII taking 60%, to pursue turnkey power grid and substation projects in Malaysia.
