Nestle Malaysia names Janet Gu as executive director and CFO from Feb 2027

Nestle (Malaysia) Bhd has announced that Minjie Janet Gu will become its executive director and chief financial officer on Feb 1, 2027, succeeding Syed Saiful Islam, who moves to another Nestle market. Gu, currently regional CFO for Nestle Professional Asia, Oceania and Africa, has over 20 years of finance experience including 18 with the Nestle Group. The company disclosed the change in a Bursa Malaysia filing and will make the formal boardroom announcement when the appointment takes effect.
