Undocumented man denies impersonating Immigration officer, extorting RM1,500 in Penampang

An undocumented immigrant, Ratno William Foo, claimed trial at the Kota Kinabalu Magistrate's Court to four charges, including impersonating an Immigration enforcement officer and extorting RM1,500 from a passport holder. The alleged offences took place at a house in Kampung Koidupan Sugud, Penampang, early on Aug 28. The court fixed Oct 15 for mention and ordered him remanded.
