Rework.com launches Agentic OS for Malaysian businesses
Global tech firm Rework.com launched its Agentic Operating System in Kuala Lumpur, a platform uniting human workers, AI agents, business data and operational workflows. Founder Eric Pham said Malaysia's AI adoption gap stems from missing business infrastructure rather than a lack of investment. Malaysia recorded RM87.4 billion in digital investment in 2025, yet 67 per cent of AI practitioners still rely mainly on basic chatbot apps.
