Gates warns no government is ready for AI, pledges US$1bil for access

The Gates Foundation said it will spend at least US$1 billion over the next two years on expanding access to AI in education, healthcare and agriculture, with Gates arguing the technology could help narrow the gap between rich and poor if managed properly.
