Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign extended to end-2027
The government through MOTAC has extended the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign until the end of 2027 to give the global tourism market time to recover fully. The decision follows continued disruption in the Strait of Hormuz and this season's haze, which has hit outdoor tourism. Tourism Malaysia is targeting 47 million international arrivals by the end of 2026.
