Melaka High Court approves RM1.7m settlement for brain-injury crash victim

The Melaka High Court has approved a settlement in a road accident case involving Sultan Nur Mohamad, who suffered serious brain injuries in March 2024. Judicial Commissioner K Raja Segaran recorded the consent judgment after being satisfied with evidence and protection measures for the victim's interests, with RM1.7 million plus RM170,000 in costs.
