Noraqilah to play through ankle pain at Asian Games

Malaysian women's doubles shuttler Noraqilah Maisarah Ramdan has left for Japan for the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games despite a left ankle injury picked up in training at the Badminton Academy of Malaysia last Thursday. She and partner Low Zi Yu are due to start the team event at the Ichinomiya City Municipal Gymnasium on Sunday, with their place in the line-up still to be decided by the coaching team.
