Soldier pleads not guilty to kicking five-year-old daughter
A 40-year-old soldier was charged at the Kota Bharu Sessions Court with abusing his five-year-old daughter by kicking her at an eatery on Jalan Kuala Krai. He pleaded not guilty and was granted RM10,000 bail with conditions to report to police every two months and surrender his passport. The case is set for mention on October 22.
