Sarawak uses drones to monitor orangutans at Semenggoh as haze persists

Wildlife authorities in Sarawak have increased monitoring of orangutans at the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre near Kuching due to persistent haze and hot weather. Rangers are using drones to track hotspots and assess the impact on about 29 semi-wild orangutans, while the centre sees fewer visitors.
