UEM Sunrise's Gerbang Nusajaya, Puteri Harbour drive Iskandar Puteri growth

UEM Sunrise is positioning its Gerbang Nusajaya and Puteri Harbour developments in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, as key growth nodes as West Johor enters a new phase of economic links with Singapore. The Gerbang Nusajaya Interchange, opened in December 2025, gives the township direct access to the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Expressway, strengthening its role as a gateway for cross-border activity under the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone.
