Mah Sing to launch two Johor housing projects in 2H2026, tops out M Minori

Mah Sing Group is expanding its Johor property pipeline with M Tiara II in Skudai and M Grand Minori Phase 2 in Taman Pelangi, both slated for launch in the second half of 2026. The announcement follows the structural completion of M Minori in Taman Seri Austin, Johor Bahru, a RM469 million mixed development whose non-Bumiputera units are fully sold. The group says Johor remains central to its growth strategy, citing demand and connectivity with Singapore.
