No evidence piranha breeding in Klau Dam, fisheries dept says
Malaysia's Fisheries Department says there is no evidence so far that a piranha population has established and is breeding in Klau Dam in Raub, Pahang. This follows the catching of a suspected piranha there on Aug 26, whose specimen was discarded before an investigation could be carried out. Regular monitoring of the dam and surrounding areas will continue.
