Genting Simon Sdn Bhd, a JV between Genting Plantation Bhd (KL:GENP) and Simon Property Group, revealed that it will be expanding its Genting Highlands Premium Outlets’ (GPO) current net lettable area of 300,000 sq ft with its second phase of 70,000 sq ft. The development cost of the expansion is US$40 million or about RM170 million and is expected to be completed in 4Q2027.
