More than 300 bid farewell as FDS crash victim Alexson Adit laid to rest in Lambir
Alexson Adit Henry, a 31-year-old Flying Doctor Service assistant medical officer, was buried at the Anglican Cemetery in Lambir, Miri, on Sept 14 after a funeral service at Good Shepherd Church in Lutong. He was one of five people killed when an FDS helicopter crashed near the Long Lellang STOLport in Ulu Baram on Sept 8.

Jururawat FDS Jessie Paya Jok dikebumikan di Lambir, Miri
Jessie Paya Jok, 44, seorang jururawat Perkhidmatan Doktor Udara (FDS) yang terkorban dalam nahas helikopter di Long Lellang, Baram, selamat disemadikan di Tanah Perkuburan BEM Lambir, Miri petang tadi. Beliau antara lima mangsa nahas pada 8 September lalu, yang turut merangkumi juruterbang, pegawai perubatan dan pembantu pegawai perubatan. Siasatan punca kejadian masih dijalankan oleh Biro Siasatan Kemalangan Udara (AAIB).

Long Lellang crash victims' remains released from Miri Hospital for burial
MIRI (Sept 13): The remains of Captain Zainol Afiq Bee Sham, 30, and medical officer Dr Ainul Baraah Kamaruddin, 33, two of the five victims of the Long Lellang helicopter crash, were released from the Miri Hospital mortuary early this morning for funeral rites before being flown back to Peninsular Malaysia.
