陆兆福：M.V.15检查费统一，中心不得以低价竞争
Transport Minister Anthony Loke said M.V.15 vehicle ownership transfer inspection fees are standardised and set by JPJ, so licensed centres cannot compete on price and must focus on service quality instead. He spoke at the launch of a new M.V.15 inspection centre at CARSOME Academy in Sungai Buloh, the first run by an automotive TVET institution.
