Resident Tony Koh says the document is needed to prove the ownership status of disputed public space and explain the decade-long delay in strata title applications. The issue was raised after a meeting with Asian PAC management, and both assemblymen plan to take it to the state assembly.

Sabah government studies three sites for Kota Kinabalu central market relocation
The Sabah government is considering three locations to move the Kota Kinabalu central market out of the city centre. Chief Minister Datuk Hajiji Noor inspected two proposed sites along Likas Bay and near Alamesra, with a third in Darau, but said no final decision has been made. The new market is envisioned to include dry and wet sections, a cultural and tourism products centre, a hawkers centre and a fish wharf.

Residents of a housing complex near a shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu are pressing Asian PAC Holdings Berhad to hold an open dialogue over unresolved strata title and parking issues. Residents' representative Tony Koh Kian Leong wants the developer to produce written documents, including proof that a strata title application was filed with the Land and Survey Department, after claiming a check last year showed no such application had been made.

Asian Pac denies swapping residents' parking bays in Kota Kinabalu
Asian Pac Holdings has denied residents' claims that parking bays at a residential complex next to a shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah were moved without discussion. Its chief operating officer said the allocated bays are unchanged and the temporary closure of Levels 1 to 3 is only for upgrading works.
