Police arrest man with 27 criminal records over wife's assault in Cheras
A man in his 30s with 27 prior criminal records was arrested over the assault and slashing of his wife in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Indian national held two days after Cheras snatch theft

Immigration raids 11 premises on Jalan Chan Sow Lin, 30 foreigners held
Malaysian Immigration officers raided 11 premises in the commercial area of Jalan Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur, in Ops Serkap at midday yesterday. Thirty foreigners were detained, including 11 Bangladeshis suspected of running the premises, while 19 others were held for various immigration offences. Seized items included 18 laptops, 21 printers and scanners, three mobile phones, 10 Bangladeshi passports, and suspected fake e-PLKS and police reports sold at RM150 and RM70 each.
