Two properties owned by wholly owned subsidiaries of Country Heights Holdings Bhd are set for judicial auctions with combined reserve prices of RM207.77 million. The larger asset, Mines Waterfront Business Park in Petaling, Selangor, carries a RM152.77 million reserve and is due for auction on Nov 4, while a 6.41-acre commercial parcel in Country Heights, Kajang, will be auctioned on Sept 21 with a RM55 million reserve.

Immigration detains 122 foreigners in coordinated raids in Cheras and Perai
Malaysia's Immigration Department detained 35 undocumented foreigners during an operation at a factory area in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, on Monday. In a simultaneous operation, the Penang office detained 87 more foreigners at a factory in Perai, Bukit Mertajam.
