1. NUS student wins Prime Minister's Book Award for bilingual effort

   A National University of Singapore (NUS) student received the Prime Minister's Book Award at the NUS University Cultural Centre on 31 August. She was the only Malay/Muslim pre-university recipient at the Ministry of Education Special Awards ceremony, where 211 awards were given out. She hopes her experience will encourage other Malay students to value language and culture.

2. KPTM accounting diploma gains MICPA recognition

3. Expert: Time constraints behind Pisa 2025 maths decline

   Malaysian students' maths score in Pisa 2025 fell 11 points to 397, even as science and reading improved. 6. Pisa 2025: Malaysian students score higher in science and reading, maths drops 11 points

8. Sarawak Metro runs STEM lab for seven Kuching primary schools

10. Orang Asli woman from Jerantut gets special award at east zone convocation

She chose a TVET path in aquaculture to change her family's fortunes and now works at the Paya Besar Hatchery in Pahang.

11. UPM launches 2026-2030 strategic plan focusing on missions, quantum tech

12. Rubber tapper's son in Rantau Panjang saves for university

    Mohamad Aminrullah Kamaruddin, 19, from Kampung Tasek Gondang in Rantau Panjang, works as a rubber tapper and does odd jobs to save money for his studies at UniSZA, Terengganu. His parents had to borrow money to pay for his fees. The Raja Shamri Foundation also gave him a laptop and cash.
