1. Man dies while leading students on hike in Ulu Tamu Forest Reserve

   A 60-year-old man died while leading a group of Form Six students on a hike in the Ulu Tamu Forest Reserve in Batang Kali, Hulu Selangor. He collapsed and was pronounced dead by the Health Ministry, and firemen brought his body down and handed it to police.

2. Motorcyclist killed after being run over by lorry on Batang Kali-Ulu Yam road

   A 60-year-old motorcyclist died after being run over by a lorry on Jalan Batang Kali-Ulu Yam in Hulu Selangor at about 7pm. The victim is believed to have swerved to avoid a pedestrian crossing the road before losing control and falling. Police are investigating under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
