US to announce excess capacity probe findings in 3-4 weeks, says minister
Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Johari Abdul Ghani said the US is expected to announce findings on its excess capacity investigation involving Malaysia in three to four weeks. He stated that the forced labour issue has been resolved, but discussions continue on the definition of excess capacity, which Malaysia argues should not include third-country capacity.
