Man in Ultraman costume detained at Perak National Day celebration

A man in an Ultraman costume with a psychiatric history was detained by police near the main stage of the state-level National Day celebration in Ipoh, Perak. Police said he caused no disturbance but was behaving suspiciously, and he will be referred to Hospital Bahagia Ulu Kinta.
