New national women's doubles coach Wong Pei Tty has asked for patience, saying top pairs like Pearly Tan-M Thinaah took four to five years to develop. She made the remarks after a training session at the Akademi Badminton Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, where she officially started work yesterday.
