Vstecs sells entire Isatec stake for RM48.75mil to Singapore firm
Vstecs Bhd is disposing of its entire 40% stake in Isatec Sdn Bhd to Singapore-based Skyform Pte Ltd for RM48.75 million. The deal, which values the combined 75% stake at RM91.41 million, is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2027. Vstecs plans to use most of the proceeds for working capital.
