261 hotspots detected in Kalimantan as haze worsens air quality in Sarawak
A total of 261 hotspots were detected in Kalimantan on Aug 31, with another 63 in Sumatra, according to the Department of Environment. The resulting smoke haze has deteriorated air quality in Sarawak, Sabah and Labuan, with several monitoring stations recording unhealthy to hazardous readings.
