Sabahans urged to cut outdoor activities as haze pushes API to unhealthy levels
Sabah's Youth, Sports and Creative Economy Minister Datuk Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan has advised residents, especially vulnerable groups, to reduce outdoor activities as air quality deteriorates. The State Department of Environment attributed the haze to forest and peat fires in Kalimantan, with unhealthy API readings recorded in Tawau, Semporna and Kota Kinabalu.
