MClean Technologies proposes private placement to raise up to RM25.85 million
MClean Technologies Bhd has proposed a private placement of up to 10% of its shares to raise up to RM25.85 million. The funds will be used for working capital, a potential land and factory acquisition in Johor, and a new production line. The placement is targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
