ICDM urges deeper board renewal, graduates 67 from director programme
The Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) called for more deliberate board renewal and succession planning as it marked the graduation of 67 participants from its Aspiring Director Immersion Programme. The call was made at an advocacy dialogue in Malaysia, with speakers including ICDM Chairman Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar and Bursa Malaysia CEO Dato' Fad'l Mohamed.
