KKR-Singtel consortium completes acquisition of data centre firm STTGDC
STTGDC, a Singapore-based digital infrastructure company, announced the completion of its acquisition by a consortium led by KKR and Singtel. The company has launched a refreshed global brand and reported a 25% increase in operational capacity to 780MW since the end of 2025.
