Sarawak haze may persist another week due to Kalimantan fires, says MetMalaysia
The haze in Sarawak is expected to last at least another week due to ongoing forest fires in Kalimantan and southwest winds carrying the smoke across the border. MetMalaysia's deputy director general says widespread rain is needed to clear the air, and cloud seeding is planned from September 3 to 5.
