PHB adds 400 million new AHB units for Bumiputera investors
Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) has announced an additional 400 million new Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) units, bringing the total to 5.4 billion units. The increase is supported by value injections from the Aurelius Hospital in Alor Setar and the Maersk logistics building in Shah Alam. This move aligns with the Bumiputera Economic Transformation Plan 2035 (PUTERA35).
