Military Health Chief: Health Security is Strategic Capability for National Sovereignty
Armed Forces Health Services Director General Lt Gen Dzulkefli said health security should no longer be seen as a purely medical or public health issue, but as a strategic capability needed to defend national sovereignty under prolonged stress. He was speaking at the 39th Annual Scientific Conference of the Malaysian Pharmacological and Physiological Society in Bandar Baru Bangi.
