Golden Destinations buys Menara Liberty offices for RM45m, expects RM2.34m yearly rent
Golden Destinations Group Bhd is acquiring properties at Menara Liberty in Kuala Lumpur for RM45 million. The travel group expects the purchase to generate RM2.34 million in annual rental income and save RM630,000 a year by consolidating its offices into a new centralised headquarters. The acquisition is funded by its IPO proceeds and is targeted for completion by the end of the fourth quarter of 2026.
