RedPlanet signs underwriting deal with UOB Kay Hian for ACE Market transfer
RedPlanet Bhd has signed an underwriting agreement with UOB Kay Hian for its proposed IPO and transfer of listing from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia. The IPO comprises a public issue of 70 million new shares and an offer for sale of 10 million existing shares. The company is an enterprise ICT solutions provider specializing in geospatial and intelligent rail solutions.
