Farm Fresh's RM200mil placement to fund Cambodia, Johor expansion and Inside Scoop stake hike
Farm Fresh Bhd's proposed private placement of up to RM200 million is timely for its expansion plans, according to TA Securities. The funds will be used for capital expenditure, including expanding operations in Cambodia and manufacturing in Larkin, Johor, and to raise its stake in The Inside Scoop to 85 percent.
