Loyang Avenue lanes reopen after water pipe repair

The Straits Times Loyang Avenue, Singapore

Lanes on Loyang Avenue towards Changi Village reopened late on Sept 4 after PUB completed urgent repairs on a water pipe leak. The two-lane closure, announced on Sept 3, caused traffic congestion and a related exit closure on the TPE.
