GTA Holdings director Serge Maille subscribes 250,000 shares in IPO
GTA Holdings Berhad has announced a change in director's interest. Director Serge, Jean-Pierre Maille subscribed to 250,000 ordinary shares at RM0.35 per share under the Pink Form Allocation of the company's Initial Public Offering. The transaction was announced on 8 September 2026.
