CNERGENZ director Alwizah exercises ESOS for 100,000 shares
CNERGENZ BERHAD has announced a change in the direct interest of its director, Alwizah Al-yafii Binti Ahmad Kamal. She exercised 100,000 employee share options at RM0.49 per share on 4 September 2026, increasing her direct stake to 220,000 shares.
