Paramount's six land deals in Kedah, KL, Penang, Shah Alam and Putrajaya carry RM4b potential GDV
Paramount Corp Bhd has signed six land sale and purchase agreements with a combined potential gross development value of RM4 billion. The acquisitions include land in Bandar Lunas, Kedah; U-Thant, Kuala Lumpur; Batu Kawan, Penang; Section U9, Shah Alam; and Precinct 7, Putrajaya. The company is pursuing landbank replenishment while taking a measured approach to new launches.
