Pilot killed in Sarawak FDS crash had flown PM Anwar during GE15 campaign
Captain Zainol Afiq, who died in a Flying Doctor Service helicopter crash near Long Lellang, Sarawak, had previously flown Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim during the 2022 general election campaign. A former colleague shared the news on social media, saying the pilot was proud of the experience. The helicopter was carrying four healthcare personnel on official duty.
