Adani Airport to raise S$1.3 billion by selling 5.54% stake to Temasek-led group
Adani Airport Holdings is raising S$1.3 billion by selling a 5.54% stake to a consortium including Singapore's Temasek, US-based BlackRock, Alpha Wave and Premji Invest. The funds will be received in three tranches, with the final one due by July 2027. This marks the first foreign investment in the company following the resolution of US bribery charges against the Adani Group.
