Amir Hamzah: 187,320 property deals worth RM105.12b in 1H26
Malaysia recorded 187,320 property transactions worth RM105.12 billion in the first half of 2026, Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan said. He said the performance tracked 6.0 per cent GDP growth in the second quarter, with the OPR held at 2.75 per cent. Some 27,832 new residential units were launched, with a 16.6 per cent sales rate.
