KL mall car vandalism: foreign man arrested for scratching 7 luxury cars

A 34-year-old foreign man was arrested after seven cars parked at a leading shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur were scratched and damaged. He was charged in court and remanded until September 14 under Section 427 of the Penal Code, according to the Tang Wangi interim district police chief.
