Techna-X admits Bursa listing breach over undisclosed RM45m Hong Kong asset sale
Techna-X Bhd has admitted breaching Bursa Malaysia listing rules by failing to announce a RM45 million deal to sell its 50 per cent stake in Hong Kong Aerospace Beidou New Energy Technology Co Ltd. The company blamed an administrative oversight and has since signed a second share sale agreement with Tess Global Sdn Bhd.
