Long Lellang crash: activist, nurses seek Flying Doctor indemnity disclosure
Following Tuesday's helicopter crash at Long Lellang in Sarawak, rights activist Peter John Jaban has urged the Health Ministry to reveal any indemnity clauses in the Flying Doctor Service contract with the helicopter operator. The Malaysian Nurses Union has also called for a review of the indemnity form staff must sign before flights. Both want clarity on liability, insurance and victims' compensation rights.
