Nasdaq to invest $100 million in Kraken parent Payward
Nasdaq's venture arm has agreed to invest $100 million in Payward, the parent company of cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, deepening a partnership on tokenized equities. The companies plan to launch Nasdaq Equity Tokens in the second quarter of 2027 using Payward's xStocks platform.
