UMNO Kedah to meet Sanusi after 2026 general assembly to discuss PAS cooperation

UMNO Kedah plans to meet Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor after the 2026 UMNO General Assembly to discuss possible cooperation between UMNO and PAS in the state. Kedah UMNO chairman Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid said the meeting will be arranged after PAS's muktamar in Kota Bharu and the UMNO assembly in Kuala Lumpur, with any decision subject to the central leadership.
